1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Requested within 30 calendar days of delivery (exceptions apply to specific product categories below).
• Unused, unused, and in the original packaging (with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact).
• Free from damage, stains, or modifications (normal wear and tear during shipping is excluded—report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery).
• Accompanied by a valid order number and proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).

Exceptions to Eligibility:

• Custom/Personalized Products: Non-refundable unless defective or incorrect (due to our error).
• Perishable Items: Non-refundable (e.g., certain holiday decorations with limited shelf life).
• Jewelry/Watches: Must be returned in unworn condition with original packaging and authentication certificates (defective items are covered under warranty).
• Furniture: Must be returned in original packaging (we reserve the right to deny refunds for furniture with assembly damage or missing parts).

1. Request Return Authorization (RA):
   • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
   • We will review your request within 24 business hours and issue an RA number (valid for 14 days) if approved.
   • Returns without an RA number will be rejected.
2. Package & Ship the Item:
   • Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protective material) to prevent damage during transit.
   • Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
   • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for defective, incorrect, or damaged items—we will cover return shipping in these cases).
   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the tracking number for reference.
3. Inspection & Processing:
   • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days to verify eligibility.
   • If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (processing times vary by payment provider).

3. Refund Amounts

• Full Refund: Issued for unused, undamaged items returned within the eligibility period (excludes original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error).
• Partial Refund: May be issued for items with minor packaging damage, missing non-essential accessories, or items returned after the 30-day window (at our discretion).
• No Refund: Issued for items that fail to meet eligibility criteria (we will notify you of the decision and offer the option to have the item returned to you at your expense).

4. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

• If you receive a defective, incorrect (wrong product/model), or damaged item (due to shipping or manufacturing error):
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue and order details.
  • We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a choice of:
    • Full refund to your original payment method.
    • Free replacement (if the product is in stock).
    • Store credit (equal to the purchase price, valid for 12 months).

5. Cancellations

• Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement (before it is processed or shipped). We will issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.
• Post-Shipping Cancellations: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must follow the return process outlined above.
