1. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

• All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms.
• Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email for reference. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order—formal acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order and send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All product prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable sales taxes (where required by law).
• We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other designated payment methods. By providing payment information, you warrant that it is accurate, valid, and you are authorized to use it.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order is placed. If a pricing error is identified, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel the order or proceed at the correct price.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Global Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping to all destinations worldwide—no minimum purchase required.
• Order Processing & Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery takes 6-12 business days from the date of dispatch. This timeline applies to all international and domestic shipments.
• Customs & Import Fees: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the Customer. We recommend checking with local customs authorities for details on applicable charges.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Return Period: You may request a return within 60 calendar days of delivery, provided the Product is unused, in original packaging, and free from damage (exceptions apply to custom/personalized items as outlined in our Refund Policy).

• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned Product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary by payment provider.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility, except for defective, incorrect, or damaged Products (we cover return shipping in these cases).
